It marries handcrafted breads made with premium ingredients from local producers, the finest chocolates and fresh fruits with its velvety ice creams, brunch selections with a next-generation coffee roastery, and a Mediterranean buffet with an à la carte menu featuring handmade Vlach pies and Italian focaccias.

The Bakery

In this section of Blé Taste Gallery, high-skill baked goods are displayed daily: pies made from family recipes, kneaded with ingredients sourced from selected small producers and partners from every corner of Greece.

The true, handmade bread—kneaded daily with natural sourdough—owes its quality to its method of preparation. It is made from dough that develops without additives and rests for up to 72 hours before entering the oven—the tallest wood-fired oven in the world—allowing it to mature naturally, in complete calm.

The result is Blé Taste Gallery’s large, lightly charred loaves, with flavors that are clean despite their complexity: rich, intense, full, and always balanced. A marriage of the sweetness of mature dough crumb, the balanced acidity of sourdough, and subtle notes of bitterness from the intentionally charred crust. These are breads that regular patrons choose daily for their table—flavors of trust, relationships built over years, refined bakery at its finest.

The Pastry Shop

At Blé Taste Gallery, all sweets are natural, without artificial aromas, flavors, or colors. Recipes are crafted one by one by skilled artisans, every step done by hand, with the goal always being the best—not the simplest or the cheapest.

Here you will find only high-quality pastries and ice creams, low in sweetness, light in fats, showcasing exceptional technique and delicate craftsmanship. Elaborate desserts, prepared individually by hand, are true little gems in the display cases.

All are made from top-tier ingredients, such as cow’s milk from the American Farm School, Valrhona chocolate, and the freshest fruits. A prime example is the ice cream—considered by many to be the best in the city—made exclusively from milk of the American Farm School and goat and sheep milk from small local producers. Pure, authentic flavors of natural ice cream, without additives or artificial colors. Alongside local Greek fruits, some exotic fruits are occasionally used for rarer flavors.

The Coffee Roastery

At Blé Taste Gallery’s coffee roastery, you will find every type of coffee you seek: from distinctive single-origin coffees to signature blends—roasted in-house and extracted in perfect balance of flavor, aroma, and acidity—and selected arabica espresso varieties from small, top producers across seven different regions of the world.

Coffees are always served at the peak of their flavor—around 15 days after roasting.

The Bistrot

Every day, unique dishes come out of the Blé Taste Gallery kitchen, prepared with the freshest ingredients, seasonal vegetables, and greens from local small-scale growers used by the Chef. The flavors are rooted in Mediterranean and Greek cuisine.

Among the top choices, you’ll find Italian focaccia in various versions, sandwiches on freshly baked panini with cold cuts and cheeses, and salads with seasonal vegetables, legumes, meats, and seafood. You always have the option to compose your own dish, according to the flavors and portion size you prefer.

The choices are endless! Standouts include handmade Vlach pies with cow’s butter and feta, using only fresh spinach and seasonal greens from small growers; Sfakian shepherd pies with extra virgin olive oil in the dough and xinomyzythra cheese made from sheep and goat milk; as well as fasting (and vegan) nettle and fennel pies, “ladenies” with extra virgin olive oil, and sandwiches made with artisanal breads and Italian prosciutto.
