GymHolics opened its doors on February 19, 2024, introducing a fresh, modern, and meaningful approach to fitness in Thessaloniki. From the very beginning, its philosophy has focused not only on physical exercise, but on overall well-being, proper guidance, and the creation of an environment that truly feels like… home.
It is a fitness studio designed for those seeking high-quality training, personalized care, and tangible results, regardless of age or fitness level.

The team is further strengthened by two important
members.

years of experience in the fitness industry. She has collaborated with gyms and
fitness studios in Thessaloniki and Halkidiki, offering specialized services.
She specializes in Personal and Group Training, Functional Training, TRX, Tae

Reformer, bringing her own unique approach to every session.
Giannis Gagrinas is a graduate of the School of Physical Education and Sport Science at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, with a specialization in Special Physical Education and Therapeutic Exercise. Services that cover every need
At GymHolics, training is approached holistically and tailored to the needs of each individual through a wide range of services. Members can train individually—always under the supervision and guidance of the coaches—or participate in a variety of group programs that combine strength, endurance, flexibility, and proper posture.
One of the group programs offered is Bars, which aims to activate all muscle groups and strengthen the entire body. Similarly, the Abs & Hips program focuses on strengthening the core and lower body, contributing to both improved fitness and body shaping. Cross Training is designed for those seeking dynamic and functional workouts, enhancing overall endurance, strength, and explosiveness.
Tabata training delivers high-intensity exercise in a short amount of time, ideal for calorie burning and improving cardiovascular fitness, while Tae Bo combines aerobic exercise with dynamic movements for an enjoyable and effective workout.
At the same time, Postural Training focuses on correcting body posture and preventing musculoskeletal issues. Each program is adapted to the participants’ level and goals, with strong emphasis on proper execution and safety.
Pilates Mat and Pilates Reformer are core pillars of GymHolics’ services, with a focus on movement control, core stabilization, and rehabilitation. Each session is adapted to the trainee’s fitness level and physical needs, allowing both beginners and more experienced individuals to participate.
Personal & Semi-Personal Training in small groups
One of GymHolics’ key advantages is its personal and semi-personal training options in small groups. This allows for constant supervision, individualized corrections, and close trainer–trainee collaboration.
Training is never impersonal. On the contrary, there is meaningful guidance, support, and motivation, making every goal—from fat loss to rehabilitation or improved fitness—achievable.
A pleasant environment with a strong work ethic
GymHolics stands out for its positive and friendly atmosphere. Here, training is not a chore, but an enjoyable process that fills you with energy. The trainers are by your side every step of the way, helping you overcome challenges and stay consistent with your goals. The strong work ethic, human-centered approach, and sense of familiarity make the space truly feel like home.
Massage & relaxation services
As part of its holistic approach, GymHolics also offers massage services in collaboration with experienced physiotherapists, by appointment. After all, recovery, relaxation, and injury prevention are integral parts of the studio’s philosophy.
GymHolics is a modern fitness space built on scientific principles, a human-centered philosophy, and genuine care for each individual. With experienced owners, a wide variety of programs, small group sessions, and an environment that makes you feel comfortable and safe, it is the ideal choice for those who want to fall in love with training and see meaningful results in their daily lives.
