Panos Mavrandreas, a graduate of the School of Physical Education and Sport Science (TEFAA) in Athens with a specialization in fitness and health, has 8 years of experience in the field of exercise. He has attended seminars in functional training and Pilates, incorporating modern, functional training methods that respect the body’s physiology.

Panos Zervos, a graduate of a Coaching Institute (IEK), specializes in resistance training, with an emphasis on proper technique, muscle development, and gradual progression. Together, they form a strong coaching duo that combines knowledge, experience, and meaningful guidance.
