In Chalastra, Thessaloniki, a small but incredibly creative pastry workshop has won the hearts of dessert lovers: “Peace ‘n Cake”
Since January 2020, Niki Tserepi and her sister Eirini have combined their creativity, passion, and expertise to turn a dream into reality. The workshop’s name is no coincidence. Inspired by Eirini herself and her love for sweets and fondant, it perfectly encapsulates the philosophy behind the venture in just two words.

“Peace ‘n Cake” specializes in custom-made cakes crafted by skilled pastry artists, along with sweets for every type of event – from weddings and baptisms to birthdays, corporate receptions, and personal celebrations.
All desserts are made from fresh, pure ingredients: Belgian chocolate, fresh milk and eggs from local producers, fruits, butter, and top-quality flour.
Their secret to success lies in traditional production methods – with no ready-made mixes – all within a “new age” workshop that blends tradition with a modern aesthetic.

A continuously updated display

The workshop’s philosophy combines high-end pastry making with a personal touch and care for each client. Every creation is unique – just like the moment it accompanies.
“Peace ‘n Cake” doesn’t just offer sweets – it offers an experience, a flavor journey that stays unforgettable.
Its display case, small yet impressive, features up to six different desserts daily, constantly updated so customers always have something new to discover.

Selections include handcrafted chocolates, syrupy pastries, mini cakes, truffles, cookies, macarons, cupcakes, cake pops, candy bars, red velvet, lemon pie, profiteroles, mille-feuille, tarts, tiramisu, and seasonal creations such as personalized New Year’s cakes, tsourekia, or holiday gift boxes with wine and sweets.
Throughout the year, you can also find Armenonville, pavlova with fresh fruits, specialty tarts, and traditional Constantinopolitan desserts.

The workshop’s creativity is further enhanced by consultant pastry chef Damianos Fourkiotis – known for his experience as executive pastry chef at “Sani Resort.”
Together with an eight-member team of skilled pastry chefs, they ensure daily production in small batches, guaranteeing freshness and top quality in every sweet, all crafted with care and love.

But the workshop doesn’t stop at sweets.
Its daily production also includes savory delights, like handmade traditional pies and finger foods for events.
Through collaborations with “Thess Bao” and the restaurant “To Manitari, “Peace ‘n Cake” fully meets catering needs, with delivery via its own refrigerated truck – ensuring ultimate quality and freshness.

They can also set up dessert stations on-site for events, creating impressive candy bars.

As for the daily treats in the display, red velvet, tiramisu, profiteroles, and lemon pie are available every day – while mille-feuille and red velvet can even be prepared on the spot, at the time of your order!
