Quality ingredients are a given: the fish is freshly caught daily from the local fish market, and special attention is given to selecting local products. Notably, the vegetables and produce are all organically grown and sourced from a partnered farm. In fact, Tristan will soon have its own fishing boats and dedicated fisherman, ensuring even greater freshness in its ingredients.
