Emphasis is placed on excellent raw material and of course on seasonality. That is why the menu is renewed very often and – while maintaining a constant – is often enriched by new inspirations.

The mousaka nests are another dish that wins impressions. These are potato “nests” that hide the remaining ingredients of a traditional, delicious mousaka.
