Everything is fresh, carefully selected, and expertly crafted. Now, you’ll find all these in a refreshed menu with new flavors—and you can enjoy them in the new garden that Mano à Mano has added, where you can sit down and savor your meal of choice.

Chef Lambrini, along with Manos and Katerina, continue their unique culinary venture this year, a project that is steadily winning over more and more people. Fresh ingredients, thoughtfully combined with a deep knowledge of flavor alchemy, will take you on unique taste journeys that you’ll appreciate every time you visit.

New additions, magical combinations!

In addition to the now-classic options like the “Masterpiece” with truffle mayo, mushroom duxelles, caramelized onion, and truffle salami, and the “No Regrets” with grilled bacon, tartar sauce, iceberg lettuce, and fried egg, the “Chicken Royal” and the “Maestro” with black garlic mayo, pickles, glazed mushrooms, and za’atar—newly added items bring truly unique flavors you likely haven’t tried anywhere else, even if you consider yourself a seasoned burger lover.

Among the new additions, you’ll find a burger with mango chutney and Talagani cheese, a burger with honey-glazed chicken and basil mayo, and one with sheftalia, feta cheese, and Florina pepper jam, all offering bold, original flavor combinations.

Salads are also being added to the menu this June, perfectly complementing your favorite 180-gram burgers made from 100% beef.

French fries are a must-have side—classic, country-style, or sweet potato—all elevating your meal into the complete, perfect burger experience.

And plenty of other options on the menu!

Other street food offerings include burritos with chicken thigh or beef patty, as well as grilled mushroom burritos for vegan options. You’ll also find plenty of ingredients to build your own sweet or savory crepe or sandwich—with pralines, chocolate sauces, salted caramel, red fruit syrup, nuts, and biscuits for sweet choices, or deli meats, veggies, cheeses, and more for savory creations.

The menu also features club sandwiches, hot dogs, pasta—like the standout “Mountain Pasta” with rigatoni, tomato sauce, rustic sausage, feta mousse, and fresh green onions—along with vegan and fasting-friendly dishes, and of course refreshing salads made with colorful, fresh ingredients like quinoa and BBQ chicken.

Ice Cream—the best summer dessert!

For dessert this summer, we highly recommend the delicious “Chillato” ice creams. Made in
Sindos using 100% natural ingredients with no unnecessary additives or colorings, they’re served in cones!

Choose from Madagascar vanilla, Belgian chocolate, salted caramel, pistachio, cappuccino, mint, raspberry, and many more flavors to perfectly round off your meal.

Coming soon: A trio of cocktails featuring strawberry distillate is also expected to make its debut—and they promise to be utterly enchanting!

This year, Mano à Mano has added a lovely garden with outdoor seating, the perfect setting to take your meal to the next level. Sit just across from the shop and enjoy your burger, ice cream, or cocktail on the spot—choosing from a menu that stands out for its balance of flavors, generous and honest portions, quality ingredients, and the craftsmanship of handmade food.

Tip 1: “Mano à Mano” operates daily, except Tuesdays, from 14.00 to 24.00.
