An eminently Japanese restaurant opened by Chef Dimitris Georgiadis and his team, specializing in Japanese fusion cuisine, has come to introduce you to the flavors of the Far East, as the owner of the restaurant himself learned them through his travels and the collaboration with Japanese chefs.

The menu of “Sushi City” is large and quite representative of Japanese cuisine. It is divided into categories, which include maki, inside out, nigiri and sashimi, ceviche rolls, rich salads, etc., but also omakase, the chef’s surprise menu, which changes daily, depending on available ingredients and especially the fresh Greek fish, which are the main raw material of the menu. Omakase is particularly preferred by the shop’s patrons, since it is served after communicating with them and based on their preferences.

The menu suggestions

The menu suggestions highlight the Japanese philosophy in terms of flavors. “Changed” with signature recipes of the “Sushi City” team and based on excellent raw material – such as kizami wasabi, which is very close to the root of normal wasabi, rice or very close to the original, excellent quality nori leaves – with fresh fish and all the preparations are made by themselves, whether it is sauces and marinades, or fillets, the “Sushi City” kitchen has it all. By pre-ordering, in fact, you can also have an omakase wagyu menu, that is, a menu of the day, with A5 wagyu beef.

Try individual portions, combo sets with different items, crispy fried rolls, inspired Japanese fusion city bowls with a variety of ingredients – or make your own, with your favorite ingredients and sushi rice base – and definitely try the sweet sushi, one of the truly unique menu suggestions.

Everything has come about through education and many years of experience in Japanese cuisine, trips to Japan and collaborations with Japanese Chefs, who contribute to the combination of Japanese philosophy, with unique touches and ingredients.
