Homemade fish soup: the greek “amuse-bouche”. No matter how you call it, it’s a delicious and steamy fish soup, a nice memory of our childhood. The menu is arriving… Please, be kind enough to read, to choose, to try, to enjoy! When you’re ready, please, call the waiter…

Spicy, salty, smoky, caramelized, cool appetizers. Marinated sardine. Smoked mackerel. “Kavourmas”, “kavourmas bougiourdi”, “kavourmas’ omelette” (grandmother’s recipes!). Zucchini with tzatziki (like a greek summer!). Smoked octopus. “Pastourmanli” pie (with delicious beef “pastourmas”… you know!).

Our salads, now… All ingredients are fresh. Our family’s vegetable garden taught us a lot! Boiled greens or sizzled ones with anthotyro? Beetroot or kritamo? Maybe Cretan dakos? Hello, Crete! What else? Yogurt and caramelized salads, of course! You will fall in love with them!

The main dishes are on their way… Dishes that nourished our family and friends are now served to our guests. Grilled shrimp. You smelled it a few minutes ago! Crazy sardines and stuffed and “married” ones; sea bream and red sea bream and sea bass… A little bit of 3 Michelin stars? Or, perhaps, cod fritters? Family recipes, all of them…

Greek meat and poultry… Grilled meatballs; meatballs fried in ouzo (according to the tradition!); steaks, mini steaks and pancetta steaks… Grevena gruyère sausage, chicken sticks and chicken bites, Thessaloniki doner, doner beef “gyros” and – why not? – tomahawk and rib eye… Oh, yes! And the famous chicken souvlaki!

Greek cheese, please! All types! From small producers, as always: feta, ladotyri, Naxos’ arsenico, Sifnos’ manoura, gruyère (we call it “graviera”) aged in a cave, gruyère with black truffle and wild garlic gruyère! Anything else? Fried “kefalotyri”, smoked and grilled Vermiou cheese!

Pasta. Let’s have a look… Mountain man’s and fisherman’s; with shrimp and with crab; with oil and garlic… What about a classic Neapolitan one, with parmesan?
