Byzantio Sky Bar-Bistrot is a family business that opened its doors for the first time in 1979. The owner, Dimitris Samaras, decided then to create a special place, capturing in it all the unforgettable trips he made and the inspiration he got from those. That is the reason , why the interior of Byzantio Sky Bar-Bistrot , will remind you of an Austrian chalet…

After a while, he decided to create the first rooftop in the city that would serve coffee, succeeding in innovating and leaving his own stamp on the cuisine of Thessaloniki.

Since 2017, Byzantio now also operates as a bistrot, as in addition to its aromatic coffees and its wide variety of drinks, it also offers us a wide range of tasty delights, which in fact are handmade! This tasty addition is an innovation of the new generation of the store, who with their talent and appetite are increasingly growing their business.
